Orange Fee Policy

1. Purpose

This Fee Policy defines the fees applicable to transactions conducted through Orange infrastructure and its partner network. It ensures transparency for customers by distinguishing between variable fees (percentage-based) and flat fees (on-/off-ramp charges), as well as independent wallet fees.

2. Variable Fees (Percentage-Based)

These are transaction-based fees calculated as a percentage of the total transaction volume. Fees are cumulative based on the route chosen.

Fees by corridor

Fees are additive based on the total percentage-based fee of the route and transaction value. For example, the Nigeria to South Africa route would incur a variable fee of 0.5% + 0.5% + 0.8% = 1.8%

3. Flat Fees (On-Ramp and Off-Ramp)

These are fixed fees charged by Orange’s on-/off-ramp partners for processing fiat currency in their jurisdictions:

Please refer to the Orange fee table for an illustrative look at how fees are levied by Orange.
