Orange Fee Policy

1. Purpose

This Fee Policy defines the fees applicable to transactions conducted through Orange infrastructure and its partner network. It ensures transparency for customers by distinguishing between variable fees (percentage-based) and flat fees (on-/off-ramp charges), as well as independent wallet fees.

2. Variable Fees (Percentage-Based)

These are transaction-based fees calculated as a percentage of the total transaction volume:

• Orange Platform Fee: 0.25% of the transaction volume.
• Nigeria on/off-ramp Fee: 0.5% of the transaction volume.

When combined, the total percentage-based fee may reach 0.75% of the transaction volume for the Nigeria - South Africa corridor.

3. Flat Fees (On-Ramp and Off-Ramp)

These are fixed fees charged by Orange’s on-/off-ramp partners for processing fiat currency in their jurisdictions:

• South Africa off-ramp: ZAR 20 per transaction.
• Nigeria on/off-ramp: ₦300 per transaction.

4. Corridors and Applicable Fees

The following corridors are currently supported, with the corresponding fees:

• Bitcoin to Rand (BTC → ZAR):
  • Variable fees: Orange fee of 0.25%.
  • Flat fees: ZAR 20 (South Africa off-ramp).
• Naira to Rand (NGN → ZAR):
  • Variable fees: Orange fee of 0.25% + Nigeria on/off-ramp fee of 0.5% = 0.75%
  • Flat fees: ₦300 (Nigeria on-ramp) + ZAR 20 (South Africa off-ramp).
• Bitcoin to Naira (BTC → NGN):
  • Variable fees: Orange fee of 0.25% + Nigeria on/off-ramp fee of 0.5%. = 0.75%
  • Flat fees: ₦300 (Nigeria on/off-ramp).
